We’re Rizzle and Frostie, two young professionals with over 7 years experience in everything YouTube. Having worked together at Bucketsquad, we’ve been at the forefront of the incredible growth that saw Jesser’s combined channels grow from 3 million to 33 million subscribers, with 8 billion total views, 20 billion impressions and 300 million hours of watch time (as of September 2025). Following being an integral part of such a phenomenal success story, we want to help others achieve this and more.

After graduating university in 2019, like most of you reading this I started uploading YouTube videos! This led me to start working with Jesser as a creative director back in 2020 on his second channel. Over the past 5 years my roles evolved, joining the main channel as creative director back when he had 3 million subscribers. I then spearheaded our push to 10 million as Executive Producer, directing videos which hit over 10 million views each, as well as multiple short-form videos that exceeded 100 million views. I then took on the role of General Manager of the channel, growing the channel from 10, to 20 and now 33 million subscribers. Over my tenure so far, my work has contributed to gaining 30 million subscribers and 7.5 billion views. At the start of 2025 I decided I wanted to take more of a backseat to focus on other projects, and that is how Clean Up Crew was born!
Following completing my Masters in the Cultural and Creative industries I spent several years working for start ups, growing their social media presence and customer base as a result. I then had the pleasure of combining my media knowledge with my love for creativity, joining Bucketsquad as a producer in 2023. Focusing largely on short-form for both channels, my work contributed to gaining over 11 million new subscribers and garnering over 2.8 billion views. I specialise in ideation (both long-form and short-form), scripting, directing, editors’ notes, and analytical deep dives - hence why I’m excited to share this knowledge with other channels and see even more extraordinary growth as part of Clean Up Crew!
